Frontline Justice Fellowship


  1. Partnerships & Operations:
    • Refine and manage internal systems (e.g., Airtable, CRM, Google Drive) for efficiency and strategic alignment.
    • Manage and onboard strategic partnerships, including conducting research for potential collaborations.
    • Oversee partner data management and analysis for strategic decisions and report progress.
  1. Communications:
    • Manage website and social media content, ensuring regular updates and engagement.
    • Support newsletter production and external communications to convey impact and initiatives.
    • Assist in managing social media platforms to promote events and engage the audience.
  1. Research & Strategic Support:
    • Provide research support for strategic planning and partner evaluations.
    • Offer logistical and administrative assistance for strategic planning sessions and project management.
    • Provide administrative support to executive leadership for operational efficiency.


  • Operational Efficiency: Proficiency in managing internal systems and streamlining processes.
  • Data Management: Ability to oversee data collection and analysis for strategic insights.
  • Communications: Strong skills in content management across various platforms.
  • Partnership Development: Experience in managing and cultivating stakeholder relationships.
  • Administrative Support: Competency in administrative tasks and flexibility in supporting various team needs.
  • Strategic Support: Capable of conducting research and providing support for strategic planning and projects.


$40/hour, Not to exceed an average of 16 hours per week. Initial contract of 3 months, with potential to renew. All work will take place virtually.
